Account and data deletion

Find out how to delete a HaljasVaade account, remove personal garden project data, request deletion by email, and understand which legal or security records may be retained.

Delete in the app

Open HaljasVaade, go to Settings, then Data & Account, and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account access and personal project media from the active service.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email info@haljasvaade.ee from the email address connected to your HaljasVaade account and ask for account deletion. We may ask for confirmation before deleting data.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, security, or service reliability reasons. Retained records are limited to what is needed for those purposes.
