Delete your HaljasVaade account and data

Open HaljasVaade › Settings › Data & account › Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away, and we send a confirmation to your account email address.

Want a copy first? Settings › Data & account › Export my data gives you a download link for a ZIP file with your account data, photos and designs.

Email info@haljasvaade.ee from the email address of your HaljasVaade account and ask us to delete it. If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming the request and email you when it is done.

When your account is deleted, we delete:

• your account details and sign-in links
• your uploaded photos and all generated designs
• your projects, notes, favourites, feedback and reports
• your design balance and its history: unused designs are lost and can't be restored or moved to another account
• your settings, messages, notification tokens and app-usage data

• Purchase records: up to 7 years, as Estonian accounting law requires. We remove your account ID from them.
• Records needed to prevent abuse of one-time offers: kept for a limited period after the account is deleted.
• Other short-term technical and administrative records: kept for a limited time.

• Analytics (PostHog, EU), only if you allowed it: your analytics profile is deleted shortly after your account.
• Crash reports (Sentry, EU): deleted automatically after a limited period.
• Purchases (Apple, Google, RevenueCat; USA): your RevenueCat record is deleted shortly after your account. Apple and Google keep your purchase history under their own policies.
• Sign in with Apple: when you delete your account in the app, we revoke HaljasVaade's access to your Apple ID. You can also remove it in your Apple ID settings › Sign in with Apple.
• AI providers (OpenRouter and the AI companies it routes to; USA): they process your photos only to create your designs and keep them under their own policies.

Deleting your account does not refund purchases. Ask for refunds through the App Store or Google Play.
