How we reply

We reply by email. Replies may take longer during busy periods or while we investigate an issue.

Help us understand the problem

Describe what happened, what you expected, and the steps that led to the problem.
For an app issue, include your device model, iOS or Android version, and HaljasVaade app version.
For an account or purchase issue, write from the email address connected to your HaljasVaade account, if possible.
You can include a screenshot if it helps. Remove personal information you do not want to share. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, or payment card details.

Account and privacy requests

You can request an export or delete your account in the app settings. If you cannot access the app, contact us by email. These pages explain the available options:
