Terms of Service
Current user terms for HaljasVaade.

1. Service
HaljasVaade lets users upload outdoor-space photos and receive AI-assisted garden, terrace, and balcony visualization ideas. The service is for inspiration and planning support only.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account details, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Uploaded Content and AI Outputs
You keep ownership of photos, prompts, and other content you upload. You grant HaljasVaade the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and store that content to operate the service. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to outputs generated for other users.
4. No Professional Advice
AI ideas are visual concepts, not architectural, engineering, construction, horticultural, legal, or safety advice. Check site conditions, laws, permits, utility locations, drainage, structures, plant suitability, and contractor recommendations before acting.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits
Paid plans and credit packs may be handled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another payment provider. Store terms, renewal rules, cancellation flows, taxes, and refund rights may apply in addition to these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not upload content you do not have rights to use, private information without permission, unlawful material, malware, abusive requests, or attempts to bypass safety, billing, rate limits, or security controls.
7. Availability and Changes
The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these Terms and ask you to accept the current version before continuing to use the service.
8. Account Data
The app provides account export and deletion tools. A separate Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing, retention, processors, and data-subject rights.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is and HaljasVaade is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, construction decisions, property damage caused by acting on concepts, or third-party services. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Governing Law and Contact
