Terms of Service

HaljasVaade lets users upload outdoor-space photos and receive AI-assisted garden, terrace, and balcony visualization ideas. The service is for inspiration and planning support only.

You must provide accurate account details, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You keep ownership of photos, prompts, and other content you upload. You grant HaljasVaade the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and store that content to operate the service. As between you and HaljasVaade, the AI visualizations generated for your account belong to you, and you may download, save, and use them. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to outputs generated for other users, and we cannot guarantee they are unique or protectable.

AI ideas are visual concepts, not architectural, engineering, construction, horticultural, legal, or safety advice. Check site conditions, laws, permits, utility locations, drainage, structures, plant suitability, and contractor recommendations before acting.

Prepaid design packs may be handled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another payment provider. Store terms, taxes, and refund rights may apply in addition to these Terms. Each prepaid design creates one AI garden visualization. Unused prepaid designs do not expire. We may change pack prices, pack sizes, or stop selling packs for future purchases. Those changes do not reduce prepaid designs already purchased; paid designs keep the paid value and usage terms shown at purchase. Credits, balances and limits are shown in the app. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the related unused designs may be removed from your balance. Free and bonus designs may expire and have no cash value.

Prices include VAT. You buy design packs through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which take the payment and handle refunds (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory). Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Designs are digital content: when you use a design, you ask us to deliver it right away and agree that you lose the right of withdrawal for that design. You can ask for a refund through the App Store or Google Play within 14 days of purchase; the store decides on the refund.

If a third-party AI provider materially discontinues, restricts, changes legal or technical access to, or materially increases the cost of a generation service required to provide prepaid designs, and we cannot reasonably provide the service on the terms shown at purchase or provide an equivalent alternative, we may modify or discontinue the affected service. If that prevents us from honoring already purchased unused paid designs, we will either provide a materially equivalent alternative at no extra cost or refund the paid value attributable to the affected unused paid designs, without refund fees, using the original payment method where supported by the relevant app store or payment provider. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If you obtain HaljasVaade through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store's standard end-user license terms also apply unless that store presents a separate custom EULA.

Do not upload content you do not have rights to use, private information without permission, unlawful material, malware, abusive requests, or attempts to bypass safety, billing, rate limits, or security controls.

The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these Terms and ask you to accept the current version before continuing to use the service.

The app provides account export and deletion tools. A separate Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing, retention, processors, and data-subject rights.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is and HaljasVaade is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, construction decisions, property damage caused by acting on concepts, or third-party services. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by Estonian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live. Contact us first at info@haljasvaade.ee with questions or complaints. Consumers may also contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA).
